Discounts & Opportunities

For Groups: Enjoy good music in good company. Groups of 10 or more receive discounts of 20% off regular ticket prices when arranged in advance. Call 315.424.8222 for more information.

Single Ticket Discounts for Subscribers: All subscribers receive a 10% discount on single ticket purchases to any concert in any series-Classics, M&T Bank Pops Pops, Stained Glass, or CNY Community Foundation Family. Attend a concert in another series or bring your friends or business associates to a live performance of your favorite Orchestra. These tickets may be ordered at any time throughout the season.

For Students: Anyone with a current full-time student I.D. is eligible for RUSH seats available for just $5 one half hour prior to most concerts. RUSH seating is subject to availability.

For the Spontaneous: If you hate to make plans, but like to save money, the Flex Pack is for you. This subscription includes 10 or 6 vouchers that can be redeemed for tickets to concerts you wish to attend (except Special Events). Flex Packs offer a savings of up to $10.00 off the regular price for each ticket. More importantly, you decide how and when to use your vouchers-entertain several friends or attend several different concerts yourself.

To redeem your Flex Pack vouchers, bring or mail them to SSO Customer Service beginning two weeks in advance of the concert you wish to attend and exchange them for concert tickets. Or, just bring them to the Customer Service Center on concert night. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of your voucher redemption.

For Last Minute Plans: Due to our exchange and ticket turnback programs, last minute tickets are often available, even for sold-out performances! If you were unable to get tickets earlier, try again the day of the performance. You may be pleasantly surprised.

For Gift Givers: Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and are perfect for any occasion-birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. Gifts may be redeemed at the SSO Customer Service Center only.
